Please read these terms of service carefully before using SavedVault.

1. Introduction

Welcome to SavedVault!

By downloading, accessing, or using the SavedVault mobile application (the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

SavedVault is a product by Eureka Apps LLC.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eureka Apps LLC (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “SavedVault”).

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first access or use the App.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the SavedVault App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its underlying code.

4. User Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. User Content and Your Messages

SavedVault allows you to save messages, files, links, photos, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of all your User Content.

By uploading or saving content to SavedVault, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, organize, and make your content accessible to you through the App.

We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.

You are solely responsible for the content you save. You agree not to save or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use SavedVault only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the App to store or transmit illegal content or engage in any unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App’s security features.
  • Use the App to harass, spam, or impersonate others.
  • Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • Scrape, extract, or download large amounts of data from the App.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SavedVault only with prior notice to you. Upon any suspension or termination:

  • You will be given at least 30 days (one month) from the date of the notice to export or download all of your saved data.
  • During this grace period, you will retain access to your data for export purposes (subject to any outstanding payments, if applicable).

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@savedvault.com. Upon your termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to help you export your data.

8. Refunds and Purchases (if applicable)

SavedVault may offer free access and/or paid subscriptions/plans.

Due to the digital nature of the service, all purchases and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by applicable law.

Please refer to our in-app subscription terms or contact support for specific refund policies.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that SavedVault will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that all saved content will be permanently stored or recovered in every situation.

All implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavedVault and Eureka Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or messages), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or via email.

Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eureka Apps LLC regarding the App.

  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other breach.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
